I’m way late in writing this, but what an awesome company. I, like so many others fell on hard times. Had to purchase a new stove to warm my home, with money I didn’t have. Then the stove just stopped turning on. Trouble shooting the problem, came down to two possibilities, power switch or motherboard. Had both in my cart ready to buy, when my son in law told me to call first. I tried calling no answer. Hung up before leaving a message. Then, my phone rang and it was Comfortbilt. I’m sorry, I don’t remember the gentleman’s name, I explained my problem, he asked when I bought the stove. I told him. Oh okay, he says, it the main power switch. That model, sold in that time frame had a batch of bad switch’s. I’ll send one out today, it will be there in a couple of days. Wow! Okay I said., how much is that? The pellet stove is still under warranty, won’t cost a thing. Now you all know, when moneys tight and you get something really important and expensive fixed for free. Warranty or not. Your counting your blessings. I’m so grateful to Comfotbilt for not taking advantage of me. Thank you. Stove worked great all last winter. Just had it cleaned and inspected by our chimney sweep. It’s ready to go next winter.

Seems to be working well but looked identical to the one that melted down.

Gave out and burnt. Luckily it didn’t start a fire. You all gave me a replacement and it seems to work.

Switch is built with inadequate spacing of terminals and causes short and meltdowns.
