“There is a very logical reason why I purchased a comfortbilt stove. Their customer service is second to none. My stove shut down and wouldn't restart after troubleshooting. The power switch was bad. There was a run of faulty switches and mine slipped through the cracks. When it's -10 out I rely on my stove. The guys in customer service overnighted a switch to me. Less than 24hrs and I was up and running. I've called numerous times with all kinds of questions. They always have an answer for me. Whithout making me feel bothersome. Service like this is hard to find.”
“This pellet stove is AWESOME !!!! Heats my whole house(3000sq. ft. ) with open concept. We turn our furnace off and stays at 73 and is set on 69. Easy to clean. Wouldn't be without one !!! Thank you for a great stove !!”
“This switch burned out in less than 6 weeks. I have bypassed the switch and not sure if it is worth buying another switch or leaving it this way. I do have stove on a surge protector.”
