“It is a switch. It allows current to flow or not, depending on my desire to have the machine running or not. I say this one is superior in that it hasn't shorted and fried and filled my home with smoke. So I would have to say, this is the best switch, out of the two, that this totally new pellet stove has had in its three months of running.”
“There is a very logical reason why I purchased a comfortbilt stove. Their customer service is second to none. My stove shut down and wouldn't restart after troubleshooting. The power switch was bad. There was a run of faulty switches and mine slipped through the cracks. When it's -10 out I rely on my stove. The guys in customer service overnighted a switch to me. Less than 24hrs and I was up and running. I've called numerous times with all kinds of questions. They always have an answer for me. Whithout making me feel bothersome. Service like this is hard to find.”
