“I made a mistake on my order and chose the wrong delivery date. I contacted you the day before my scheduled delivery date to see if it would be possible to deliver my order a day early and no one ever responded. I called as well and no one was available to help.”

Your delivery date could not unfortunately have been moved as we do not offer a same day delivery service. You had contacted us early in the afternoon for delivery that same day. “Truly excellent at home afternoon tea! Great quality and plenty of it. We purchased this for a lockdown birthday and the recipient was thrilled with it (we were told there was enough for 2 teas for 2 people so great value for money, and everything was delicious). We chose our delivery date so that it was on the recipient’s birthday and it was delivered exactly on time and in perfect condition. Wholeheartedly recommend, will definitely be ordering again.”
