“The scones were too large for the amount of jam and cream - it would be better to do four smaller scones with that amount. As the scones were large, they were slightly dry. The cake slices were lovely”

“My pot of jam was missing from the box. The box was very small - I saw it before it was opened and I am hoping my recipient was ok with it, she didnt sound too impressed or effusive, which was a pity as it was meant to be a treat for her 70th birthday and I feel it fell a bit flat (she was too poilite to say outright but her thank you told me all).”
