We would like to clarify that your order was prepared and dispatched by our bakery on time, however it unfortunately encountered an unexpected delay within DPD’s network, which resulted in the parcel not reaching you as intended. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and frustration caused by this courier issue.
As soon as your message was reviewed by one of our Customer Care Advisors on 26th May, a full refund was processed for your order. As advised in our refund confirmation, refunds can take 3–5 working days to appear back in your account, so this should now have been received. If you have not yet received the refund, please do get back in touch with our Customer Care team and we will be happy to investigate this further for you ✨
