“Personalisation failed to save in the order due to website issues so rather than call me to ask why it was blank they just sent the cake out without it. Really?!? When the cake costs over £80 you can't be bothered to make a quick phone call. This was my son's birthday cake. So disappointing. I may as well have bought a elsewhere if the personalisation was not available.”
