We’re very sorry that the incorrect personalisation disc was sent and completely understand how disappointing this must have been, particularly as it affected a special surprise for your wife.
As soon as we were made aware of the error, we arranged for a replacement disc to be produced and dispatched as quickly as possible. However, we appreciate that this could not undo the impact the mistake had on the occasion, and for that we sincerely apologise.
