“Quick and easy to purchase and distribute courses to staff. I like that it keeps a record of training completed. The only concern that staff in our facility have expressed is that the TDG training does not cover sharps (biological) transport.”

“The training course was very thorough and interesting. The online course did not work well with numerous browsers. Internet Explorer would not load the course and Firefox would not allow me to progress through the chapters. I would recommend using Chrome or Edge.”

“I found the course to be well constructed and to the point. The addition to real-life articles sure help in bringing into context the importance of properly done TDG's. However, as with other users, I did experience some internet error issues although not quite as bad as some of the other reviews I have read. I attribute this lesser painful experience to my using Microsoft Edge as my browser. If you are going through the course and see the pop-up as in attached photo, I recommend you restart the session as the system seems to have problems with "saving" at the end of the module. I would give it 4 or 5 stars if it weren't for this issue.”

“I thought the training was well set up and was easy to maneuver through the information, but I had some problems getting through the information at the start.”

“I was getting hung up between completing the final module and moving to the next module or the completion phase. I tool TDG and WHMIS (as well as GD over the course of 2 days). I had to have your live assistants make the required changes so that I could advance your system. At one point I was asked if I was using "Google Chrome" which I wasn't and it was suggested that I use that as this it what the course was based on. I logged out, downloaded and installed Chrome and the problem still persisted one more time. No where when I purchased the courses did I see anything referencing Google Chrome. I obviously was able to finish all three courses but I can say the experience was not that pleasant.”
