“This course was very well done. I am not usually a fan of on-line courses as I am a learner by doing, not reading. I enjoyed this course because I felt like I was participating, not just answering questions. The content was put together nicely as well. When I finished the course I felt like I learned something. The stories at the end of each module were a nice touch. Great reminder as to why these policies are written.”
