“Software was glitchy. Each 'section' would not register 'complete' until I closed the browser, relogged in to the program, re-did the last page of the section, then refreshed the page... Very frustrating to deal with, but I got my certification and that's all that matters to me.”

“Found training would not progress to the next module. After chatting with the online support found out I needed to use Chrome. I was able to progress using this browser instead of my preferred one. Did not see anywhere that Chrome was recommended?”
