The part where the words dropped down to place where they go (optional), kept freezing the program to have to start again. It did this at least 3 times in a row. Also, at the end story, it was not easy to get back to the section where you go to the next chapter.

Hello, training program is good. Customer Service and support help needs to be readily available and quicker response time is needed. I had an issue with uploading left a message on the support line, no return call or follow up. Now I have an issue where I have a staff member who cannot proceed further in the training as the one question asking to drag and drop the correct answer is not allowing it... this is where the frustration is with online training... online support is a must..

I contacted Datatec through two different means and didn't get a response until two days later. The program was ridiculously slow at all times. There should have been a statement recommending users access the training through Chrome. I fought with edge and firefox, limping my way through the training before I received direction the issues were worked out through the chrome browser. I will definitely not be using Danatec for TDG or any other training needs in the future.

It is great having this course on line as it saves from sending employees out of office or training ( driving time)

The Training is just fine. The problems we are having with this system is properly assigning the training to our employees, and having them log in to get started on the training. In the past we used our general office email as a base and give our employees a pass code to continue to use the course. Your new system is very problematic and frustrating to use in this regard. The system has to be more user friendly. Sush has been extremely helpful in ironing out the problems, but then we run into the same issues when we try to sign up another new employee for training. Please help! Gord Blommaeret
