The system is new to me and I LIKE IT. Easy plug and play switch technology. Links to Alexa and Google for voice commands. I already have 50% of our new home set as a smart house. Showed my neighbor and now he’s keeping up with me. So easy even a caveman could do it !!

I'm not rating the switch yet for I've tried multiple times to program it and it still does not work, I.e. the light does not turn on. I've called multiple times to get a specialist/ programmer/technician to call call me back to help with this issue, no help yet.

Please let us know if you need anything else - looks like the team was in contact with you frequently with steps and replacements to get the switches working for you.

Cannot review because the first Smart Switch (Gen2) did not want to connect for some reason even with the help from the Deako support techs and also the Safe Haven support techs so Deako support techs sent me another Smart Switch (Gen2) I did not try it as I was out of town. When I do install it I will inform Deako. Thank You
