“I find the switches to be very helpful in that in the infinite wisdom of our builder, D.R. Horton, who installed extremely bright can lights throughout our house we have used the switches to dim the lights to a non-sun lamp light.
As far as the switches themselves are concerned I find them compatible with the system built into the house, although expensive since the system is proprietary in that only your switch will work with the boxes which were installed at build time.”
“I really like the Deako switches for simple install but their price is high compared to other dimmers, timers, smart, and motion sensor switches. Our home was built with Deako junction boxes for us it is very easy to swap the switches around where we need but the price as high as they are for a single non-basic switch deters us from buying more. I hope the price comes down in the near future.”
