“I had purchased a smart Dimmer but did not work with my applacation i then Called Deako amd spoke to Jeff who was very helpful and told me I did need one that was not a smart one witch I did buy from Deako as he walked me through the install all worked well.

If the Simple Dimmer is being used in a multiway location, meaning more than one switch controls the light, the other switch needs to be a multiway rocker switch. Otherwise, the switch may not work. We are happy to see what else could be going on!
“This is my third Deako dimmer switch that I have switched out, no pun intended. I'm very impressed with the quality and ease of changing my switches. I think this is the last dimmer I'm doing, but if I need another dimmer I know that I will purchase a Deako dimmer.”
