“i sat on the phone with the rep and gave him the address of my home, i never recieved them then a text or email came through that they went to an old apartment i use to live in, so i went pass there and they said it wasnt there!”
I'm sorry for your experience! I am working on getting the order to the original address.
What happened was our Sales team did put in the correct address and emailed the order to you so payment could be entered and the order complete. Once that happened, we use the Shop App that when on the checkout page where you enter the credit card information, it changed to your old address if that's the default address on your profile. This is super easy to miss. If you haven't already, feel free to go into your Shop App (used for many other checkouts), and see if you can change that default address so it doesn't happen again!
