Love the simple dimmer switches. Taking the intensity down in the evenings and morning is awesome. Also appreciate the convenience of the motion switch. Enjoying both switches very much. Thank you Deako for creating such a great product.

Installed 3 of the simple dimmers around the house . Really a great product and easy to install . Love the plug and work. Would love to have a buy back with the old switches. A+++

I am so very satisfied with my Deako Dimmers. First of all, they’re a breeze to install and the range of brightness/dimness is perfect. I’m so happy I have them throughout my home!

I bought two dimmer switches and installed them—neither worked. I carefully followed the installation instructions, double-checked every step, and made all the recommended adjustments. Still nothing. I called customer service, was put on hold, then told to leave a message. They promised a call back in 1–3 days. Three days later, they finally called, but I missed it because, like most people, I was at work. Thinking maybe I just got unlucky, I bought two more switches. Same story—neither worked. That’s four defective switches, totaling $250. Meanwhile, I could go to Home Depot and buy a $15 dimmer that works perfectly. I called customer service repeatedly to arrange returns. The whole experience was slow, unhelpful, and frustrating. The real question: how is this company still in business? Rule #1—if you’re reinventing the wheel, make sure it’s round and actually works.
