“We had over 30 switches installed in our home and love it. Easy to control with your phone. This review is for the simple dimmer. Unfortunately there was a short inside the switch so did not work great. Spoke to sales representative and just like that had a new switch. Very easy to take out and install. Less than a minute everything was working as it should. I really liked that they wanted the old switch back to figure out what went wrong. Produce and service are what makes this company great!”

“Ordered 4 simple dimmers,each one dims differently than the other,I'd say only 1 actually dims correctly, other 3 dim the lights only 10% if that,can't understand how this product can be called simple dimmer when it doesn't dim and how the product can make it thru quality control and be sent out to a customer like that, I received more emails from deako bragging about how good their product is but as usual it didn't hold up to the videos, I'm extremely disappointed in the product and will be sending back for a refund not to mention that UPS delivered the 1st order to a wrong house and probably couldn't recover the item which makes me believe deako sent me defective one's to cover their loss of a product to pass it on to the consumer,not happy with the product let alone the experience”
“Not a big fan of this switch or the Deako products in general. The installation was a breeze but the lights flicker something fierce so we don't use the dimmer switch. And the dang thing cost an arm and a leg to buy. If I could return it I would.”
“Out of 4 dimmers delivered at the same time only 1 actually dims to be called a simple dimmer, other 3 only dim lights about 15% dimmer than actual light, hope they didn't send me the defective ones because UPS delivered my 1st order to a wrong address, gonna be sending back for a refund, very disappointed in the quality control of this product and can't believe it was sent out”
