Let me share how I’ve used my Devos LightRanger so far. 1) Car camping, changes everything about lighting needs for camping. The fact that the light is directed down from 9ft high keeps direct light from your eyes. Makes camping chores much more enjoyable and having light around the site that provides great visibility prevents accidentally tripping on tent lines and other items like chairs and bins. Also, gives really good false sense of security for the kids and other newbie-campers of critters and beasts coming close to the site. ;) 2) Jeep repair!! I spend quite a bit of time on fixing or upgrading stuff on my Jeep(s). So having these LightRanger lights while I’m working on the Jeep on the driveway was game changer for me. The fact that the light is directed down and out is also fantastic — have you tried working on your car but the flood lights are shining right at your face??? Also, the LightRanger comes off the pole and flips up to direct light up!! Perfect lighting for changing out a busted ujoint and drag link on the trail at 10pm at night, true story. 3) Power outage yet need to present something to a group VTC? Yup! My wife had a presentation in the evening at there was a power outage. So with her cellphone+LightRangers for lighting, crisis averted!!! So invest in a set of LightRanger now. EXTRA For Jeep owners, the LightRanger fits width wise in the cargo area perfectly. I have mine across my Vector cargo rack and use the 12v socket to plug in the USB cord to charge while I’m driving to my camping or Jeeping destination.

I now have 3 of your lights and they are by far the best I have used !! Both for camping and around the house. I’m giving one set away for a Christmas gift and I might just order another 2 pack. People don’t miss out on these lights! Worth every penny!

Absolutely worth the money!!! The two pack gives enough light to light a huge area, even just one will give sufficient light. Already got to use it for a power outage.

This is a must-have for any outdoor activity. I must say it is almost like having street lights on the GO! The good thing is it is portable, they give you two bags to fit the tripods and the light, but I was able to fit two tripods in one bag and carry the lights with me in another bag. The only thing I wish they would make would be a red light lens or filter to attach to the lights. Then I would not mind taking this with me to go fishing. A remote would be great also but I can see how that would suck the battery life more if you added a blue tooth device. Overall Great product and I hope Devos will make a red light filter for us hunters. I have friends now who are interesting in buying this product.

Love the light and the stand is decent but if Coleman can give you a remote on a 15$ battery op light it’s a no brainer for one this nice. Especially considering that it’s too tall to reach once set up

Great sturdy useful product. Would like to see a remote, ability for the LED's to change color and for the light to not fall off the poll when leaning it over. It should clip onto the top of the poll to be more secure. Thank you

Great review Leslie! I just wanted to let you know that there is a button at the top of the pole that snaps into the light so that it is fastened when on the pole.
