“Ordered the product on 9/20/24. Product never arrived. Devos customer service asked me to do some work for them by having me call UPS. UPS provided a document stating they never received the shipment. I forwarded the information to customer service last week and have not heard back.
I would love to review the product, but so far the company gets a one star rating. I’m willing to alter my opinion as I recognize mistakes happen, but I don’t have the time or energy to be the one fixing their mistakes.”
