“The light is okay but the deception by the customer service rep, Ferdinand was extremely poor! First off, I saw the add on Instagram that said “two for the price of one.” My daughter in-law saw the same ad, too. So I ordered the ‘special’ and they only sent one. I called and got Fermin, who proceeded to tell me I was wrong and only ordered one. I said let’s cancel then because something isn’t right! He said he would call me back. To my surprise he called me back and said he would send me an 800 light because ‘he felt bad for me.’ I said just send me the other 1200 because obviously what I’m saying about the 2 for 1 sale must be right if you’re willing to do this! I told him , no I want a refund. He said he would give me the 800 model plus 10% off my purchase price. I stupidly said yes. I received the model 800 but had to go through PayPal to fight for my 10% refund.
In hindsight, I feel I was a victim of ‘bait and switch!’ I feel Fermin was not honest, especially when I told him my daughter in law saw the exact same 2 for 1 ad.
The one 1200 light I got is fine but in my heart, I know I should have received two! I was deceived and I’m still unhappy about what transpired.”
