“The Lightranger is a little spendy to begin with. However, it has been my experience that (especially in out door gear) you get what you pay for. This is a quality product that is very well built. The research and development was thorough. If you have the money don't waste it on an inferior product.”
“I recently bought the light ranger 1200. We just used it for a cookout once the sun went down. We had plenty of light for cooking and everything else in the backyard. It’s light and compact. I keep it under my backseat in my truck. Great product and will definitely be buying another one.”
“The Light is great, very robust and plenty bright. The telescoping pole on the other hand is flimsy. Feel like I’m going to break the clips on it if I look at it the wrong way. Wish the quality of the light and pole were the same. Devos sent me an extra pole for when the first one breaks.”
“AMAZING amount of light coming from a relatively small package!! This light is so bright that I decided to purchase the filter kit (which IMO should come with the light anyway...) to dim it a bit and keep the bugs (who fall in love because they think it's daylight!) away from my area. I am very impressed with it and it is now a permanent part of my camping kit. I did use it the other night when I was still working outside and it did not disappoint at all while I was greasing some bearings (yeah, I know...but I had time).”
