“I have not used the LightRanger 1200 yet. However, the product seems to be well thought out and on inspection, the light is very bright. I like the fact you can raise the light pole to 9 feet, giving a broader area of light. I am looking forward to utilizing the light this coming July/August on a Bison hunt. “I heard a lot of great things about the Devos LightRanger so I wanted to get one and I'm happy with my decision - It's so worth it. We put it to use immediately and found it illuminates the whole area we are using without blinding us. So much better than trying to hang a lantern from the pole that some campgrounds provide because we determine the location, plus the brightness is excellent. The only con is I am always looking for a place to store the bag while the light is in use. I began hanging it on the light around one of the adjustment clips.”
