“Ordered the product on 9/20/24. Product never arrived. Devos customer service asked me to do some work for them by having me call UPS. UPS provided a document stating they never received the shipment. I forwarded the information to customer service last week and have not heard back.
I would love to review the product, but so far the company gets a one star rating. I’m willing to alter my opinion as I recognize mistakes happen, but I don’t have the time or energy to be the one fixing their mistakes.”
“Absolutely love my LightRanger 1200. We live out in the country with no street lights. It gets reallly dark on a cloudy night. We have acreage and 3 dogs we have to walk before bedtime. The Devos was purchased for camping, but it is awesome for walking dogs in the dark! Don't have to hold a flashlight! I do have to use the bug filter, and it is perfect also. No bugs! I am very happy with this product. I'm keeping it charged and in the house in case of a power outage. I think it will light up most of my open downstairs area. Thank you Devos. I've been telling my camping buddies.”
