“The light is fantastic, very bright, controllable with buttons or phone. The support responsiveness NON EXISTENT. Chat, Email and Phone get ZERO responses. I purchased a new LightRanger 2000 directly from the company website. One of the lights bars does not work. I am looking for an RMA or solution to fix the light bar. Possibly this will get a response?”

“The LightRanger 2000 is one of my favorite camping/overlanding additions. It packs down small enough to fit perfectly in a rooftop case, takes almost no time to setup, bright as heck and easily Bluetooth controlled via the app. This thing is rugged and feels and performs like a much more expensive light. Cannot recommend enough!”

“Lots of improvements over the first version. The app is great and way easier. The light stand in the first version fell apart over time. This new stand is better and more sturdy especially with the stakes but, the main secional pole is still loose and way too cheap for what this light costs. I have used so many light stands as a photographer so this mechanism is very common to me. This is still low qualilty as the clamps are weak and the materials used are not on par with this price. That's my reason for only 4 stars. Still needs improvement since the main function of raising the light is likely to fail sooner than later.”
