“I ordered the LightRanger 2000 as I felt I needed an upgrade from the 1200. I've had that for a long time now and was impressed by how useful they are. I mainly use them for camping and working on my equipment in the patio at night, and occasionally building model kits.
My 2000 series came defective where the front light was faulty and wouldn't turn on unless you gave it a light physical tap so some components were loose. I showed proof to customer service and they were able to send me a replacement asap. Im happy with all the improvements they've made from the previous model and look forward to many more adventures with my LightRangers.”
“i am atill waiting forsomeone to get back to me on a Chrstmas present in December I got for my son. It has been more then 3 weeks. You were running a promotion he was suppose to get a free motion sensor with it. I wrapped it he opened it but, he did not notice sensor was not there until January when they were going camping. he called you they said he needed an order number. he told me but. I could not locate it I did have date I purchased it. I sent an email as your site said to do. no response on your end. I have sent now three emails also tried to call no answer. not sure what more I can do at this point. I would like a follow up on this so I can get it out of my head.
