“If I could leave no stars I would. The first Light Ranger 2000 I ordered and recevied the Bluetooth did not work. I was not able to connect to it even after trying on several different phones. Called customer service they were great and a new replacement light was on its way.
Replacement light arrives in a few days and lo and behold this one does not turn on. Okay maybe it needs to be charged. After a few hours on the charger the replacement light still did not turn on and both the light and charger became pretty hot.
It almost appears to me like a refurbished one was sent to replace my original one. You would also think that they would make sure that the replacement light was in full working condition before shipping.”
“I had owned two of the Light Ranger 1200s for a couple years and loved them, and still do. Somehow Devi’s managed to make the 2000 even better! I love the added lumens, the thicker and taller support pole and new leg design, and most of all, the Bluetooth app allowing me to set it up high, and change the color filters, light intensity, and control each side of the light to dial in exactly what amount of light I need without having to ever touch the light. So for me when I sleep in my tent or car, being able to flash on the light for any reason without getting out is a game changer. So happy with the quality, customer service, and how my camping and outdoor experiences are vastly improved due to owning these lights. They are 100% worth the investment.”
“Great light. Tested it while setting up fireworks for 4th of July and everybody asked where I got it. The app is great also. We are very pleased so far and look forward to using it at the camp sites.”
“Light works great love the different color scheme however the unit we recieved Bluetooth function was not working. Customer Support was not great. Tried calling the support line and support email took a very long time to get response. Return my item for refund!”
