“Unfortunately I received my 2000 with a damaged/broken clamp. Customer service was contacted and they reassured me that a new tripod stand would be sent in 3-5 days. That was great to hear. That would have been approx 2 weeks ago. I have attempted to contact again with several emails, but no reply. No shipping confirmation either. Hoping for a resolution soon.”

“This camp lights exactly what I was looking for. The adjustability of the intensity and color made light tailored for every situation. Only issue I found was the light would go in sleep mode, only way to connect back to phone ap was to manually power on. Would have be nice to connect back in early AM to turn back on before exiting tent. However, I understand this is to preserve battery.”
“Great light. Love the service and product. A couple of things, would like to see the rechargeable battery be removable. The way the light mounts with the button could be better-sometimes difficult to remove. The clamps on the tripod seem a little flimsy, would like to see that in a better quality--maybe alumnium? Otherwise, I plan on buying another one. This thing is pretty awesome.”
