“Have installed the hair twice and both times waited 72 hrs before washing and the hair still came out. I want my money back and they want me to fill out some stupid survey that has nothing to do with the hair tapes and hair coming out. Done with y’all and have been telling people not to use because you don’t care to help your customers. My clie t went to someone else to extensions put In. The bad thing is my client was my daughter.
