“It works amazingly well, takes away the pain from my neck, and gives a relaxing massage at the same time. This is my second one, my Granddaughter liked the first one so much, I gave it to her! I have also been very happy with the instant relief l have gotten from other Dr. Ho. products.”

“I've used the neck pain pro kit twice. Worked fine and I feel it will help me. However after my second usage, the main control device stopped working. I've called and spoke with two members of your customer care team. The first fellow was going to email to me a shipping label so I could return the main control device to you and he was going to send me a new control device. I haven't received the new control device nor the shipping label. I called back to your customer care department and talked with another male and he said someone would call me back within two business days. No one has called me back. All I want to do is return the defective control device and receive the new one so that I can use the neck pain kit. I've had two migraines since this has happened and haven't been able to use the neck pain pro kit to help. Please have someone look into this. Thank you.”
