VERY FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER!!!!

“I cannot give this a rating since I have not been able to use any of it except the neck therapy!!! I was hoping to write a great review but I cannot do it! I purchased the large order unit for over $300 and I didn't receive many items. The box was delivered opened and items missing. When I called customer service the gentleman told me that he would put it all through. That didn't happen! I was missing pads, travel bag and the Pain Therapy System to use for the pads. I received some of the pads, the therapy machine but not travel bag. I called back and I emailed. I was basically told that I had received all the items and to enjoy it. LOL! Well I do not have all the pads that were to come and I wasn't happy. I did get the Pain Therapy System a week later and I thought I would try it out when I went on holidays. LOL!!! So freaking funny I should have known better to not check out that part before I left. I got the machine but I cannot plug any of the pads, foot pads or anything else into it!! You have to have another connection I guess!!! So here I am with nearly $400 in Dr. Ho's equipment and I can't even use it!! Now do I again call in and talk to someone who has no clue on what I am talking about or do I just send it all back. But wait!! Will I even get my money back???!!! This has not been a very good experience for me and I have not had a positive thing to say at this time. I think Dr. Ho needs to know how his customers are being treated! My husband said email customer service again I guess I will try but I am not holding my breath for anyone to understand what I need.”

“I woke up one morning with what felt like a pinched nerve and had a ton of difficulty turning my head side-to-side or up and down without excruciating pain. I thought some Advil and a couple of days would help but the pain did not subside at all. My colleague had this device and let me try it and I kid you not 3 sessions of 20 minutes each throughout a single day and the pain was entirely gone and has not returned since (2+ months ago). Thank you Dr. Ho, this is an excellent product!”
