“I am using the product for shoulder and neck pain. I have found it helpful with the exception of the neck therapy apparatus. This is unfortunate as it was the main reason I purchased the kit. The pads require large amounts of gel which will run out quickly. Also, even with applying large amounts of gel I am getting a painful shock sensation from one of the electrodes. I seemed like a good idea when purchasing, but it is awkward to use and does not produce the same result as the standard body pads which are working well. My last concern is how durable the tensor unit will be as it does not feel to be high quality.”

“I use this product when I experience muscle spasms on my back. It provides me with incredible relief. I have also bought it for other members of my family who really appreciate the relief they get from joint pain. It is worth every penny!”

“Hi. I'd like to give you a review but it's been almost 3 weeks now and I still haven't received my unit. I'm probably going to send it back since the reason I purchased it has cleared up on it's own. It's likely a good unit but I don't if it is or not since I don't have it. Thanks”

“I use the product to massage my neck and shoulder top to reduce the discomforts related to a pinched nerve. I wear the neck massager for 10-20 mins 3 x daily for the past 2 days but I have to set the Mode on ""C"" as this is the only one that allows somewhat of a massage feeling. However there is a period of time that presents like needles piercing my skin and it hurts badly. Modes ""A"" and ""B"" I can not use as they present too often like needles piercing my skin and again it hurts!! I am going to try it for the next few days to see if I can adjust the level (1-5) to a level where I enjoy the massaging without the needling effect that I have been expoercing.”
