“I ordered a package and received the wrong one. I immediately contacted Dr. Ho but the rep was reluctant to admit that the wrong package had been shipped. After a while, he agreed that I had the wrong package and requested that I send it back. They sent me a return label and I returned it the next day. I called to check on the status of my order, and to see if it was too late to revise my order. Hold times are 45-60 minutes, I chose the re-call option and never received a call back. I called again and waited. I was told that once their shipment was received, I could re-order. I chose to cancel my order instead. The return shipment was received by them on March 4, 2019 and I have not received a refund yet. I called to see when I would receive my refund. The rep I spoke to indicated that they had done there part but there was no control on when my financial institute would release the money to me. When I pressed him on when they had processed the refund he said it had been processed that day. So really my financial institute had nothing to do with it. I have purchased and used Dr. Ho for several years but I will not purchase another item from them based on the terrible customer service.”

“Dr Ho has helped me greatly with my Cronic pain . Now I don't leave home with out it . It may not fix my problem but it defiantly helps !”

“I often have sore calves from the gym and also from IBS issues and often tight traps and shoulders, neck. It all feels stress. I also sometimes have tingly burning feet (weird I know). This fixes all of it! Its really un real how a 20 minute treatment can make you feel. The footpads are fantastic as well as the body pads. I am so glad we invested in this!”

“FANTASTIC! I use this along side the back belt 20 minutes x 3 times a day when I wake up, back from work, and before sleep and my wife loves it! You can count on it! It looked difficult to use but no worries, just read the manuals! Follow through, and you'll get it!”
