“I would Love to review it but I Never got it .I have emailed your people a bunch of times and want to know if it ever realy SHIPPED but I just get the run around and blame the post office.Yes the post office is slow right now .But on the exact same day I order from you ,I also ordered from 2 other companies and both of the arrived in a timely order threw the post office .So AGAIN I would like to ask has the product ACTUALLY BEEN SHIPPED????? here is the latest update from Canada post as of 10:30 AM JINE 4th May 20 Electronic information submitted by shipper”

“I have used the backrest for several days and discovered the following: 1) the Lumber support within the Back Support is too high to access the area I need support for. I find that I have to sit on a cushion in order to obtain any support for my back from the Back Support. 2) The back support is constructed of material that is too Hard even with the Soft Material Support Mesh. I will try this back support for another week or so to determine if I will keep it or return it for a Refund.”

“It is an improvement but didn't accomplish what I had hoped. Seems without the cushion its not as effective which I didn't know.”

“My husband has one at work and he said it helps him support his park since he sits all day. The only thing that we found out is that the backrest does not work well on the sofa or couch. It only works on a chair.”

“Great Product, slowly getting my back in shape. Dealing with flat back syndrome and pinched nerves. It's been three weeks now and slowly I'm getting my life back. Unfortunately I meant to order the 3 pack special but once I received it, I was told it was to late to change the order. I guess I will have to pay the full price to get two more for my vehicles, which was my plan without getting the discount. Maybe Dr. Ho can help me out here and give me a deal. Take your time to get use to it, for me it has taken several weeks. Here hoping my progress continues.”

“As with everything Dr. Ho. It works as advertised . Very best backrest I have tried for sciatica. Quality construction, good in the car and armchair.”
