“I am able to use Dr. Ho's backrest on my old computer chair instead of having to buy a whole new chair and it works great. Also if my back is sore I can use it on my sofa and my back immediately feels better. Worth the purchase if you have back issues.”

“I never thought Dr. Ho was a real person nor his products were helpful. Well I certainly have changed my thinking. I started using the tens on my sciatica, which was extremely bad with pain. I used it 3 x's a day for 40 mins. It sure helped with the pain. Using it at least once a day. I seen the commercial on tv about the Perfect Back Rest. How it helps with the spine, yes I have bulging disks and deteriorating disks. Didn't have anything to loose so I ordered the pk of 3 Perfect Back Rest. One for my car and the house. Love laying on the floor with the back rest. Seriously it helps. Thank you Dr. Ho. Sorry for not being a believer.”

“This is by far the best back support I have ever bought. I use it when sitting at work and my back is completely supported. I does a really good job of supporting proper spine alignment and at the same times, reminds you to use proper posture when sitting. I also use it before bed, I lay it on the floor and stretch out for about 10 minutes. Worth every penny I spent and yes I would recommend to anyone.”
