“I am quite conservative and do not lavish praise unless it is well deserved. This is one of those times. My Dreamwave chair is everything that it is advertised to be and more. I have chronic muscle spams in my back coupled with arthritis from the aging process. Sitting in the Dreamwave releases the muscles and is the only way I have discovered to gain relief from the chronic pain. Working with Inada has been a positive experience. I would recommend Inada, its people and this chair without reservation.”

“I'm writing this for my mother.... She has owned this chair for almost 2 yrs now and loves everything it does. Less then a week ago, the pins for the foot rest broke. She made the phone/email to see about getting it repaired or parts to do the repairs. Let me go ahead and say that when she got the phone call back from the service dept, she was more then pleased. The gentleman that she spoke to handled the entire situation in the the most professional and timely manner. I'm so glad she choose this company and would highly recommend Inada USA to anyone looking for what I believe to the best! Thank you for everything you have done for her!! #onehappycustomer”
