“My wife and I have been going for a massage every week for the past two years for our bad backs and for our legs. When we calculated how much we have been spending, we decided to seriously consider a massage chair. We went to many stores and tried many different high end chairs and nothing came close to the Inada in comfort. So as soon as the new model was introduced, we bought it. The 30-day money back guarantee was a big comfort. We now have had the chair for 45 days, use it almost every day and can say this is as close as it comes to the human touch. The combination of the rollers and the air pumps is just outstanding. The pre-programmed functions, especially the stretch, full and night are particularly good. The two things I wish Inada had done differently are (a) the heating feature on the chair is so mild as to be non-existent - even after many minutes of keeping it on, it is imperceptible; and (b) the rollers and air bags for the hands are positioned almost for someone with super long arms so that a lot of hard pressure meant for forearm gets applied to the hands and air-bags meant for the hand don't even get used. But other than these two small issues, the chair is simply excellent and highly recommended. If you go regularly for a therapeutic massage, despite the high upfront price tag, it will be break even before the warranty is over.”

“The Inada chair is the best present your can give your body, especially if you are -- as I am -- an "aging" athlete. Every little back muscle pull or cramp gets eased away with the chair. Very medicinal -- as well as soooooooo relaxing.”

“This chair is far an away the best (and most expensive) massage chair we have owned. But, it's complicated and we need instruction on its use. We've had no instruction so far and don't have phone number of sales person (she's from Beijing) who sold it to us. Richard L Fischer; richardlfischer@aol.com.”
