“We actually had a delivery problem with the chair we bought. One of the sides was badly scratched. Our first thought was "ugh here we go." So...we called customer service and spoke to a very nice person who said that he would make sure he would immediately correct the problem, and he invited me to go ahead and let the delivery team leave the chair and suggested that i just use it and enjoy it. I was a little leary of keeping an imperfect chair, but he PROMISED me that he would correct the problem...and then he made good on it. YES! In about an hour I was emailed a tracking number for the replacement part (which was a new side panel). Then was offered the option of a tech to come to my house to replace the part. This was actually less convenient than me doing it myself...so when it arrived in 3 days I spent 10-15 minutes and did it myself (it was easy and came with instructions). Everything about the process of "getting into" an Inada chair has been incredibly refreshing. The store I bought it from made me feel great about spending HUGE $$$. The delivery was on time (but not perfect). The steps that Inada's customer service took after delivery were PERFECT. And using the chair for the past week has been incredible. We are so HAPPY with our decision to buy the DreamWave.”

“We have had our Inada Massage chair for one week and love it. I have back and IT band problems and my husband has arthritis so it has helped both of us with sleep better and for less pain. Seems like massaging has helped with less soreness and better circulation to lower extremities. We love the results!”

“Perfection as described, an escape from the stress and strain of everyday life, a luxury only few can afford, for me a dream I wish for. I'm not embarrassed to say that I am not one of the the few privileged people in the world who can afford this one of a kind man created Perfection, neither am I ashamed of expressing my desire to own one. “I was sold a Lemon Inada massage chair I recently purchased. The center carrage very loose and make loud vibration noise hurts back. When massage chair in stretch mode it makes loud noise like chair is straining. I call to have chair replaced and spoke to owner Cliff and so far he refuse to give me a chair that works.”
