This was a great trip to and seeing the whooping cranes was one of those unique experiences that doesn’t happen very often. Our only complaints were the need for more bathroom breaks and the lengths of one day, but these were senior moments. The guides were very knowledgeable and we saw a large variety of birds. Also memorable were the large fields of snow geese.

It was a wonderful experience. The guides were excellent and knowledgaible and did not make you feel inadequate when table to recognize bird! The size of the group was good. I had a wonderful time and would have loved to go on another tour except for family restraints. I don't have any photos myself, there was one participant with an excellent camera and he sent photos to us afterwards.

A great exploration of the Saskatchewan backroad birding spots. The leaders were obliging and responded to requests to view specific birds. We saw a lot of large migration flocks, including the Whooping Cranes which were somewhat elusive at first. It was wonderful to see them on a distant field, then we moved closer and they flew. I would have preferred not disturbing them as I feel that should take priority over a possible closer view.
