“I bought the protective DefenderShield Airtube and the right side stopped working within 12 mths, earthing Oz replaced them after contacting them with the problem and sent a new pair right away. The other great thing I noticed since using them is I am not getting the sharp pains in my head that I was getting with the regular iPhone headphones.
