“I'm pretty disappointed with the headset actually and will be seeking an option to return it for a refund - compared to the previous and more affordable ones I purchased the standard earplug fit on these are loose and uncomfortable no matter which size I try, and the ear hooks for sport use whilst firm are hot to wear and difficult to insert. Neither myself or my partner could work out how to attach the clip to the cord.”
