“I'm quite happy with the headphones. I was prepared to have to make compromises with the sound and it won't be quite like the usual brands like Bose you can get but it turned out that the sound is actually better than I expected. I realized though, that I do not prefer in ear headphones all that much. With those airtube designs I also find that the speakers are quite bulky and can pull on the cord which can sometimes get in the way. For that reason it's great they added that clip which counteracts that a little. But that's not this product specifically it the general design of the airtubes. I find the sport version sits well in my ear and holds best.”

“I am thankful for the airtube protection that these undoubtedly give. I am severely EHS and added severe tinnitus to the mix using ordinary earbuds. However, from a design point of view, I am disappointed.
a) I would like a longer cord. The cord is of excellent quality but since I am EHS I wish to move further back from the computer when I have to be there. Generally, I use a monitor but during zoom sessions, I need the camera on the laptop so another half a meter would help me to distance myself from the radiation.
b) Possibly my biggest issue: the earpiece is heavy and cold - perhaps for the quality of sound - but it keeps falling out of my ear despite changing the earbud size and that is the last issue:
c) the earbuds are INCREDIBLY difficult to change. I am a musician with nimble strong fingers and they almost defeated me.”

“This headset has great sound quality and definitely make a noticeable difference to the EMF/RF. Very comfortable to wear and easy to adjust to right fit with the various ear pieces provided. After about 5mths one of the sides stopped working during a call and after contacting the office, Marie was able to replace them under warranty and provided exceptional service in doing so - highly recommend.”
