Hydrogenated palm kernel glycerides, hydrogenated palm glycerides, hydrogenated coconut oil, microcrystalline wax,
japan wax, carnauba wax, hydrogenated castor oil, titanium dioxide, sorbitan palmitate, stearalkonium hectorite, iron oxides, ultramarines. Size: 0.04 oz.
How to use for best results?
Hold your eyelid steady and slowly draw a line near the lashes. Blend as needed for a natural look.

“I was looking for something because my eyes became sensitive to my eyeliner. It stays on all day which is nice but putting it on is difficult. It's like spreading beeswax on an already sensitive area around my eye. So i have to put quite a bit of effort to get a nice line. Otherwise color is nice, it doesn't burn my eyes and doesn't smear”

“I was searching for an eyeliner without mica, beeswax, or aloe that still had staying power and got high reviews... it was hard to find but I came across these! LOVE the Seal, which stays on relatively well throughout the day and even through workouts. The reasons for my 4 stars and not 5 is that the Violet, while a lovely color, does not (for me at least) have nearly the same staying power as the Seal. You also cannot smudge these without just rubbing them off. But, overall this was what I was looking for and I will definitely purchase again.”

“I love this eyeliner. It goes on smoothly. No tugging on your eye. I developed an eye allergy to eye makeup. Went on line and found eco Bella. No problems with this eye makeup. Love it”

“I like the applicability, and that it is supposedly non toxic, but it's pencil, not paint, and does spread to other parts of your face if you, say, wear it to bed, or even rub your eye. I guess that is to be expected. I have yet to find a pencil that won't do that.”
