How to use for best results?

“I have VERY sensitive eyes and hesitate to even use eye makeup. I tried this as soon as it arrived and with eye shadow and mascara and was not bothered at all. in fact, worked at the computer with it on for 5 hours. Definitely recommend along with the other sensitive eye products I bought.”

“Love this pencil eyeliner for 2 reasons - it's organic and it DOESN'T SMUDGE during the day! Yay!! After trying several drugstore eyeliners - both liquid and pencil - I finally found an eyeliner that doesn't smudge under my eyes by the end of the day. Although my eyes are green/hazel and I usually wear a brown eyeliner, I bought the velvet after reading the reviews. Glad I did, because the black actually goes on gray, not a deep black, and I think the seal would have been too light. I may try it at another time. However, the velvet color provides the perfect amount of darkening at the base of the eyelashes without appearing to have that heavy makeup look. I am over 65, so I'm looking for a more subtle makeup look, and this pencil fits the bill. And, it does NOT irritate my eyes at all. I wore it for a couple of days with no irritation, then switched back for one day to the drugstore eye pencil as a test, and sure enough, my eyes were irritated. So, for me, it will be only Ecco Bella eye pencils!! So glad I found the Ecco Bella products.”

“Seal was my first color purchase of the eyeliner pencils, but it will not be the last. This is the second organic brand I've tried. The first did not leave ANY line, so needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised here. Organic/natural makeup isn't designed to have that 8-12 hour staying power, so if you like that, carry an extra pencil, or use the old hacks to get the colors to stay on longer pre the days of long wearing makeup. I personally do just fine with lining my eyes in the morning. The color doesn't necessarily fade out. It just isn't extremely dark. You can layer with a darker eyeshadow or try the shadow eyeliner. I like a darker shadow color in my crease so I usually "line" under the lower lash and then fill in with a liner. You can always set everything with Ecco Bella powder. I love that I am using natural products, especially near my eyes. I see me purchasing all colors, including Velvet, and I am not a fan of black liner but I know that I would be pleased with that look for formal occasions. I highly recommend to all that are searching for organic products with staying power since most sadly do not have any.”
