Our natural eyeliners are made from vegetable waxes, no synthetic petroleum oils. Naturally preserved. These natural eyeliner pencils are gluten-free & vegan. . Ingredients:
Hydrogenated palm kernel glycerides, hydrogenated palm glycerides, hydrogenated coconut oil, microcrystalline wax,
japan wax, carnauba wax, hydrogenated castor oil, titanium dioxide, sorbitan palmitate, stearalkonium hectorite, iron oxides, ultramarines. Size: 0.04 oz.
How to use for best results?
Hold your eyelid steady and slowly draw a line near the lashes. Blend as needed for a natural look.

“I am so happy with the color of the Seal eyeliner. Since there is no description of the colors online, I thought it might be the color grey. It actually looks like a gorgeous warm brown that makes my blue eyes really stand out without looking harsh. It's great with the brown mascara. If I had ordered it first, I probably wouldn't have tried the other colors at all !......It wears well and of course I appreciate the Ecco Bella brand and all that it stands for. “I like that this is a natural product. I don’t wear makeup often so I lack practice, but I find this pencil a bit dry and hard to apply. I prefer a creamier formula. That said it’s not too bad.”

“This pencil goes on smoothly with no tugging at the delicate eye skin. The velvet is a very soft black or charcoal, not black black. This was a pleasant surprise as I find black too harsh the older I get.”
