*******Fraud And Scams by Edwin Novel Exposed******* I am here to expose the scam that is being run by these SCAM ARTISTS and how they are Brazenly Scamming the unsuspecting people looking for a good deal. Of course everyone looks to get a good deal on their Diamonds, so just as everyone else, I shopped online for my wife's Diamond solitaire and unfortunately came across the scam of the century run by a bunch of thieves. I had a mind set that I am going to choose the best quality for my price range albeit smaller but the best quality. On their website you can custom build your ring and choose a stone of the quality you desire. After long decision making, we picked a Round Cut and Baguettes with following specifications: Center stone carat 0.76, Color G Clarity SI1 And sapphire side stones of 0.90 which was sent to us with an accompanying appraisal from their fake lab. Fast forward to September 2021, I wanted to sell my wife's ring and took it to 3 different Jewelers all of whom told us that this ring is of much of a inferior quality and we have been had. At this point we decided to send the ring to an independent lab which confirmed what the Jewelers had told us and produced the following report: Center Stone carat 0.63, Color L-M , Clarity I2 which is like glass quality comparing to what we paid for. We were devastated and started reading other reviews that painfully mirror our own experience of this SCAM . Some people have started joining in on a class action lawsuit. We contacted them and first spoke to a Lisa who promised to look into it and get back to us which never happened. The week after, we contacted them again. This time another person named Jamal promised the same and never got back to us. The third time I told them if they keep ignoring us we will take further action, after which a person named Johnson called back and tried to smooth things over and down play other Jewelers and the independent lab report and that the ring is probably even worth more now than I paid for it. We simply wanted our money back for the fraud that they are running. He said he would talk to his people and have an offer for us the next day. He didn't call back and when I called again He said that his "Superior" wants to talk with me. A heavy accent Iranian Guy with a Fake name took the phone and told me he is one of the higher ups and he can do whatever he wants and threatened me that he is very well versed in internet manipulations and scams and that if I post a review, he can and will hurt and damage me. Now I have all of you and this post as a witness to this threat!! As we speak I am in the process of finding other victims and private messaging for all of us to be represented by an Attorney and Sue Edwin Novel and stop them from further conning good people. ******* SCAMS AND FRAUD BY EDWIN NOVEL EXPOSED*******

Purchased pair of diamond earrings. D color which is very high quality VS1 clarity which was supposed to be very good quality. I was unhappy with stones. I paid $1492.26. Appeared cloudy to naked eye.Returned merchandise same day received 8-18-21. RMA 11917. They confirmed receipt of merchandise 2 days later Fed Ex #282716742514. I contacted them and spoke to the so called manager Benjamin. I explained to him that my credit card used to purchase the earrings was closed for fraudulent transactions. Coinicidently the fraud took place less than a week after I gave them my credit card info by phone to pay for this $1492.26 charge. Not saying they manipulated use of my card but this was the only transaction on the card done by phone and the fraud happened 4 days later. Benjamin told me they can only refund the card originally charged. Again I said "the account is CLOSED, it doesn't exist. He said nothing he can do to refund the money then, goodbye. Would NEVER buy or recommend this business. You don't even speak to the owner or store. It's an answering service they employ. You will speak to the same person every time you call.

Ordered princess cut (square) earrings in .75 ct tw and received smaller round stones in the wrong setting after waiting almost a MONTH. Wasted 2 days waiting at home for FedEx to deliver them, too. I should have listened to other reviews saying this was too good to be true. They're sending me a label to return them, which will take at least 5 days to get back to them and I have to wait until they get them back to send me the ones I actually paid for. I hope whomever gets my earrings enjoys them since I won't get to. Don't do business with these scam artists!

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY FOR YOU JEWELRY! I bought a ring back in November and I told them “ I plan on leaving for basic training on December 28th and if it is not possible to have the ring by then could you cancel my order” via email. They replied “Yes we can make that happen” with that being said I waited 4 weeks to call them to ask them what was happening with my ring and they told me they where going to ship it out next week, then on December 25th I asked them again where it was at and they said “it was still getting verified” and at this point I was heart broken since I wouldn’t have the ring in time to propose to my girlfriend before I left for the military. After that they told me I could get a refund on the ring since they couldn’t get it to me on time, and I gave them the benefit off a doubt that they would at least give me My money back, but here we are 2 and a half months later, graduated basic training a couple weeks ago with no refund. Don’t go through Edwin Jewlers, they are crooks who stole my money and gave me a bunch of lies and empty promises and over all ruined my wish to propose to my girlfriend before I left to serve my country
