“I use my Littman CORE as a Firefighter Paramedic. The teachers, I love the most are the noise cancellation as well as volume amplification it makes listening to difficult to obtain lung sounds significantly easier. The construction of the module itself seems to have improved greatly and appears to take the abuse of pre-hospital medicine very well.”

“It’s a waste of money to get the engraving on the black. You can’t see it. Pittman spoils be ashamed of themselves. Other than wasting my money on the engraving, it functions pretty good in the back of noisy ambulance.”

“I'm 53, work in the ED for 20+ years, have struggled with mild hearing loss and finally got hearing aids which is challenging in the ED, masks, stethescopes, etc. Working in the ED we are managing mulitple interuptions, multiple phones, apps for dictation, etc. etc. It has become increasingly difficult in the ED with so many "things" going on. What I like most about this product...it is so dang easy and it works. It is just like a stethoscope, hangs on my neck during my shift, turn it on, turn if off. I can hear great, I keep my hearing aids in. Move on. No apps, no fuss, no extra complicated steps. It just works. Thats how everything should be. I wouldn't think twice about ordering again.”

“No connectivity to my Bluetooth hearing aids or AirPods. Heard poor quality lung sounds once and heart sounds twice. Was disappointing not to be able to use the device.”
