“I’ve used littman for over 20 years and decided it might me time for an upgrade. I love the look of the stethoscope. I would have liked the earpieces to be rainbow too but it still looks slick. The sound is crazy. It really amplifies. It took me a second to realize what I was listening to but definitely will be a benefit.”

“I have owned an Eko device for years but I was disappointed that it did not come with an end piece so I can remove the stethoscope and use it with ear buds. Other than this I am happy. Eko devices are the best stethoscopes on the market.”

“This Stethoscope is fantastic. Feels like you are in someone's chest directly hearing their heart or lungs when in a Digital amplification mode. But the quality does not come cheap. My complaint is not so much with the product but with the services and business practices. Because this device is so cost prohibitive for many I took advantage of the EMS week discount as a first-line provider of healthcare. This was suppose to include a free engraving and a free case as well, neither of which I received. When talking to customer service about this they said they could not fix the engraving issue but could send me a case which has still not arrived. I felt there should be some remedy for the engraving issue since I spent over 300$ on this stethoscope and did not receive the product promised. This was a huge expense on my income. They offered no solution. I was then later irritated by this company during the use of the device. I was with a patient in an emergent setting and the device app locked me out from switching digital modes( cardiac, pulmonary, wide settings) until I verified an email address with them. I found it completely inappropriate that the company would lock someone out of the device for email verification when they are using it for patient care. That should be completely optional and not something that interferes with healthcare services.”

“For cardio sounds is good. But with lung sounds..and bowel sounds...am having a hard time. . Wondering if it working only for heart this stethoscope..”
