“After playing over $400 for the stethescope I have yet to get either the or the cover pieces. I have sent the company over five emails trying to find out what happened to the product stethoscope and I have been unsuccessful. Every time you call the customer service number they say they're too busy and to send an email. This is ridiculous to have to pay this kind of money for a stethoscope and never get it.”
