“Great idea, just too late to protect my last CORE 500 which broke from hitting the table. Had we had these soft rubber protective covers before I would still be using my 2 yr old CORE 500 and not had to purchase a new one (I was afforded a 30% discount, but still a signficant expense) Nice to see the Eko staff step up with solutions, but the fact that they searched and found a good solution means I am not the first doctor to have the instrument break in this fashion. I think I should have been afforded a replacement and a much greater discount. Regardless it is progress, and Eko found an excellent solution.”
