“Best stethoscope I’ve used!! As a paramedic, I felt the CORE 300 helped me better serve my patients through routine assessment and intubations. The sleek design is very portable and durable, survives whatever life throws at you from drops on the concrete to sliding around in the back of the ambulance. Even during noisy transports with lights and sirens, I was able to hear much better than with a standard stethoscope. Battery life was also amazing. I worked ~48hrs/week and only needed to charge once or twice a month. App integration was very useful in post case review and teaching students.”

“The beta test model of the Core 300 had some bugs to be worked out, but overall it was a well designed stethoscope that featured both analog and digital features, as well as the ability to view the patient’s pulse rate from the stethoscope’s head. A well thought out feature for a more budget friendly device.”

“The amplification brings out low-frequency heart sounds I'd otherwise work for, especially in cardiac mode. A few times, the AI flagged a structural murmur that lined up with what I was already hearing. Great product and definitely an upgrade from my old stethoscope.”
