“I bought one in july 2024. It cracked/ stopped working july 2025. I have no idea how, honestly. I called the customer service line and they were super helpful and efficient and kind! I’m a very happy customer. 10/10 service. Happy to pay 500$ for a stethoscope if theyre this helpful”

“Stethoscope has a great battery life and I was very impressed! There were only two things I found that I did not like. The first is that the tubing is not very long so when you are listening to cardiac or respiratory sounds, you have to be very close to them. It's not very fun getting coughed on if the patient is sick. I feel like the tubing should be at least 6 to 9 inches longer. Secondly, the app does cost about $120 a year if you want all the features. I feel like for the price of the stethoscope, the app should at least be included”
