“I bought one in july 2024. It cracked/ stopped working july 2025. I have no idea how, honestly. I called the customer service line and they were super helpful and efficient and kind! I’m a very happy customer. 10/10 service. Happy to pay 500$ for a stethoscope if theyre this helpful”
